ProSuit is a protective jacket that protects the joints and guides of Universal Robots from environmental influences.

Robots and cobots are often exposed to aggressive environments. To protect UR robots, there is the ProSuit robot protective cover. As a result of environmental influences such as dust, oil, drilling emulsion or paint splashes, particles can penetrate the axes of the UR robot, contaminate and damage the joints. As a result, the lifespan of the UR robot is drastically reduced and unplanned downtimes can occur. To prevent this, the ProSuit protective jacket can be installed.

Die 3 different versions of the protective jacket

Faude Tec offers robot protection in various forms. Depending on the application and environmental conditions, a balance must be made between maximum protection and maximum freedom of movement. The one-piece version (ProSuit ONE and ProSuit F&P) focuses on protection from environmental influences, although a restriction of freedom of movement must be accepted in return. Alternatively, the ProSuit FLEX protective jacket provides good protection from environmental influences with maximum freedom of movement.

All variants were specially designed for the robot types of Universal Robots and tested in practice. The heat removal from the joints is not impeded by the protective jacket, so heat accumulation can be avoided and the service life is not reduced.

One-piece, extremely tear-resistant and wear-resistant robot protective case, excellent for protecting joints. This protective jacket protects the entire robot, but has limited freedom of movement.

ProSuit ONE - the robust one-piece UR robot protective jacket

The ProSuit ONE protective jacket is a one-piece robotic protective cover with thermally welded seams. This protection is extremely resistant to tearing and wear and is ideal for protecting UR gears in the ceramic processing industry, painting applications and drilling emulsions in machining centers.

ProSuit FLEX - the flexible UR robot protection jacket

The three-piece ProSuit FLEX robot protective cover offers a high degree of flexibility in robot positions thanks to the highly elastically coated polyester and the multi-piece design. The robot protective cover is extremely resistant to tearing and wear and is suitable for protecting UR robotic gears in the ceramic industry, in painting applications and in processing centers when a large working area and complex robot positions or maximum freedom of movement of the robot are required.

ProSuit F&P - the UR robot protective jacket for the food and pharmaceutical industries

The single-sided PU laminated polyester robot protective cover of the ProSuit F&P is suitable for UR applications in food processing, clean rooms and in the pharmaceutical industry. The high-pressure, dirt-repellent, easy-to-clean material is resistant to commonly used cleaning agents and resistant to boiling water up to 75°C.

The protective cover complies with FDA 21 CFR Chapter 1, EGV 1935/04 and meets standard IP 67 requirements.
