The Doosan Smart Vision Module is a specialized camera developed for Doosan cobots and offers seamless integration and intuitive programming.

The Doosan Smart Vision Module (SVM) is a highly versatile camera designed to seamlessly integrate with existing Doosan solutions. Programming is carried out using the Cobot's Doosan Teach counterpart. With its plug-and-pay functionality, the SVM is pre-registered as a “workcell” element and can be put into operation immediately after installation.

Quick setup:

The SVM is integrated into the Teach Pendant as a pre-registered peripheral device and enables easy operation immediately after installation. Pre-programmed “skill” symbols simplify programming for various image processing applications.

The SVM has been optimized for Doosan cobots and increases work efficiency without additional installation costs. The simple 3-step installation process ensures that even novices to robotics can complete the setup within 5 minutes.

Optimum performance:

The SVM can simultaneously recognize multiple workpieces and measure multiple parameters such as position, angle, diameter, and length. By mounting the SVM directly on the robot, consistent performance is ensured without the need to reset due to changes in vision position.

By precisely recording the position of the workpiece, the SVM corrects the relative position of the robot accordingly and thus minimizes positioning errors.

Image-based control:
With SVM's image-based selection function, users can select workpieces according to specific criteria, such as shape, angle, diameter, and length.
