The M1013 is part of the Masterpiece series (M series), the highest quality series from Doosan Robotics. With torque sensors (detects force changes of up to 0.2 N!) Each joint achieves exceptional dexterity and safety, making the Cobot particularly suitable for assembly, loading/unloading, welding, polishing, palletizing and adhesive applications.
Features & Benefits
- Safety: With six high-tech torque sensors (i.e. in every joint!) The Masterpiece series is able to detect the finest changes in force and thus offers maximum safety.
- 0.2 N accuracy: Force changes of up to 0.2 N are detected. As a result, the M series offers the highest level of collision sensitivity in the industry.
- More performance: Depending on the automatic acceleration setting, the M1509 can carry up to 17 kg, the M1013 up to 12 kg and the M0617 up to 8 kg.
- 12 min start-up: With the Workcell Manager integrated in the control panel, the operator can easily carry out complex processes. The intelligent set-up function automatically measures the angle of inclination, tool position and weight and thus enables start-up within 12 minutes.
- Large ecosystem with Doosan Mate: Doosan Mates includes end effectors, machines, peripherals, and software that are certified for compatibility with Doosan Cobots. Similar to the UR+ ecosystem, but for Doosan.
- Easy programming with Dart Studio: DART-Studio is an easy way to program Doosan Cobots even on a PC. It offers both simulation and offline programming for fast and versatile robot programming.
- Numerous training courses with Robot LAB: The RobotLab offers countless training courses for configuring, installing and programming Doosan robots. All product catalogues and technical documentation are also provided.
Options
- Teach cockpit: As an option, every M-Series cobot can be equipped with a direct control unit, the Teach Cockpit. Teach points and modes can be entered without having to use the external control unit.
- Color Choice: The color WHITE is the basis. A simple, unobtrusive color that fits any work environment. NAVY is a model with improved stain resistance, which ensures easy maintenance even in dirt-prone environments.
